Return Policy
Consignment: All sales are final. New retail merchandise: Full refund with-in 14 days from purchase date with original receipt. After 14 days, store credit will be given. No returns accepted after 30 days. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sales are final on jewelery, handbags, intimate apparel, bathing suits, and beauty/hair accessories.

We collect user provided information. Information is collected through the use of web forms including but not limited to contact forms, sign up forms and checkout forms. If you make a purchase through our website payments are processed through a trusted third party encrypted gateway. Chic Buffalo Boutique does not collect and store credit card information. All payment details are handled by the secure third party processor.

Shipping and Handling
All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments.
Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. Once location is entered, shipping fee is calculated.
For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option!
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.

Boutique Consignment Contract (2022)
Consignment items will be accepted by a scheduled
appointment only and no more than 20 items at a time. Please bring folded items in a labeled
laundry basket or similar container.
NO PLASTIC or GARBAGE BAGS please. We may require up to 24 hours to review
your items.
**We have the exclusive right to price your
merchandise**
Chic Buffalo Boutique will determine a fair and competitive
price based on similar items currently selling online. We will not offer any sale or discounts on Consigned
items therefore, items will be “priced to sell” We will hold an end of season sale and
participating consignors merchandise will be sold at 50% of the marked price
and the consignor will get their percentage of the price the item was sold
at.
We are looking for high quality and luxury clothing, shoes, handbags,
sunglasses and other accessories.
We will Select what we think will work best in our shop and
based on what our customers are looking for:
We have the right refuse any items for consignment. Please understand
that this is not personal about you, or your style- our curation of items must
be constantly adapting to customer demand, trends and fluctuations of inventory
levels.
Items we don’t accept are bathing suits without tags, used
intimate apparel or personal items, men’s or children’s clothing, clothing
without labels or wedding dresses.
Special occasion and Formal wear will be accepted at certain
times of the year.
We will not accept items that are knock offs or counterfeit,
have any odors, stains, missing buttons, or broken zippers. Clothes must be
freshly washed and in the best possible selling condition.
Consignment is seasonal and generally accept such items
during the following months:
SPRING- February thru May
SUMMER- May thru July
FALL- August thru November
Winter- November thru January
*Transitional months will be based on the current weather
and needs.
Consignment Period
The consignment period for most items is 60 days, higher
priced luxury items such as designer handbags, belts and jewelry can be
extended at the discretion of Chic Buffalo Boutique. There will be designated
dates to pick up your unsold
merchandise. Please give us 24 hours’ notice to make sure your items are put
together for you.
Any items not picked up within 30 days (unless arrangements
have been made prior to expiration) will become the property of Chic Buffalo
Boutique and donated to local charities.
Our software system is consignor friendly. Once your items are priced and entered in the
system, you will be emailed a link from Ricochet Consignment. You can create a unique password and it will
give you access into your account. You will be able to see a list of your items,
what they are priced at, the status of an item (in stock or sold) and your
commission accrued.
We recommend creating an account if you want to monitor
your items.
Consignor Payouts
After an item has sold we split the sale 40% to the
consignor $200 and under,
50% to the consignor over $200 and 60% to the consignor
over $1000.
*This pricing is based per piece not your total in
sales.
Payouts are available on the last day of each month in the
form of a check or in-store credit.
Store Credit can be applied to new or consigned merchandise.
****If you consign with us for all 4 seasons in a year,
from that point on, you will earn 50% commission on your items priced under
$1,000****
**All Consignment sales are Final – No returns or exchanges.
**We have the right to make changes to our agreement or our
store policy at any time
**Chic Buffalo Boutique will make all reasonable efforts to
safeguard your items, however, we are not responsible or have liability for any
loss, theft, or damage to such items.
This contract between Chic Buffalo Consignment (FNL Capital,
LLC) and you are binding under the laws of the State of NY. You have read this document and, in its
entirety, and by signing below, you are agreeing to all the terms and
conditions herein.
